TS series of micro-irrigation pipe, are made through granulation and extrusion,with polyethylene composition as substrate material and inorganic powders as functional filler. Water permeates into the soil through nano-micropore. Our company has independent intellectual property rights for these pipes and their polyethylene composition. These pipes are used in agricultural irrigation, desert greening, salinization land reclaimed, water supply of the public green and golf courses.
Compared with the traditional flood irrigation technology, the drop irrigation technology widely promoted nowadays can save about 60% of water. But there are still many defects such as the pipe's easily being clogged and the need of power support. TS series of micro-irrigation pipe can not only solve these problems, but also save 50% or more water than the drop irrigation technology. In general, TS series of micro-irrigation pipe have the following characteristics:
1. Water supply is adjusted automatically
Based on soil moisture, environmental temperature and water requirement of crop, the water supply intensity is adjusted automatically.
When the soil moisture is less and ambient temperature is higher, crop water demand is higher, the water supply pipe automatically increases, and vice versa automatically reduces the amount of water, and the adjustment process does not require human intervention.
2.Water saving
More than 50% Water can be saved, compared with drop irrigation technology.
3.Non-blocking
Micro-particles can not enter the pores and it is non-blocking.
4.They can work without power
It is OK to bury the TS pipes into underground with certain water level difference (≥1m).
5.Convenient installation
According to the water level difference, bury the pipe into the soil layer about 20-30 cm. 50-100 cm area can be infiltrated on both sides of the pipes.
